At Home-Start Camden and Islington, we understand the value of community, especially for the families we support. That’s why we’re thrilled to invite you to our regular family events that include Coffee Mornings, Feel-Good Fridays, and Afternoon Teas. These gatherings offer a welcoming space to unwind, meet other parents, and enjoy refreshments. This March we are launching a lot of new family events and we are excited to welcome you.
These events are intended for the families we already support so please do not come unannounced. If you think you would benefit from similar events please check our website and make a referral.
Walk and Talk with Natasha!
Natasha is starting Walking and Talking mornings for anyone interested in joining her.
Walking with your child is good exercise for you both! It also strengthens your bond and encourages communication and boosts their curiosity about the world. Fresh air and exercise helps to reduce stress for both parent and child whilst making learning fun. Plus, it’s screen free time!

Special Mother’s Day
A very special Mother’s Day event will take place in our office. Lunch will be provided and a special treat for our mothers < 3. Be there to enjoy parenthood together!

Yoga with Anna!
Anna is starting her Yoga Sessions again this year! The sessions will be ONLINE every Tuesday morning at 10am.

10-Week Creative Workshop!
We are organising a new workshop with The Foundling Museum for all our parents. Learn about famous artists and make art in their style, using a different medium each week!
Everyone welcome – complete beginner course.
Only 12 places are available. Also, there are 9 spaces with childcare (children older than 4 months)!
Dates: Every Tuesday from 22nd April till 1st July (break for half term on 27th May) 10am –12pm
